Sahil is a lawyer with expertise in intellectual property, trade marks, and disputes and litigation. Sahil is the first point of contact for assistance related to brand protection, trade mark enforcement and opposition, and intellectual property disputes, both domestically and internationally. His communicative style and extensive experience strategically advising on domestic and international trade mark portfolio management and protection has impressed his clients from day one.
Sahil’s previous experience involves working in an in-house legal team and private tutoring for 7 years. Sahil has also volunteered for large-scale pro-bono projects in Malaysia to support non-governmental organisations, and has helped local Indigenous communities lobby for law reform to protect their environment.
In his spare time, Sahil enjoys producing beats, forgetting to water his plants and re-watching The Simpsons.
