To clarify when you can use the TM symbol, this article outlines the differences between the TM and reserved symbol \u2018\u00ae\u2019 as well as your rights concerning an unregistered trade mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"differences-between-the-symbol-and-the-symbol\">Differences Between the \u2122 Symbol and the \u00ae Symbol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses often misunderstand the difference between the two symbols. To clarify the difference, anyone can use the TM symbol if they intend to claim a trade mark.
